Hi, I'm Ben.

I started SCV Hometown because too many rental owners in this valley were stuck choosing between managing a property themselves or handing it off to a company that treats every home like a file number. I wanted something in between — real local knowledge, straightforward communication, and someone who actually answers when you call.

Whether you own one rental or a few, my goal is simple: protect the property, keep good tenants in it, and make sure you always know what's going on with your investment.

How we work

A few things we hold ourselves to.

  • Straight answers. If a repair is going to be expensive or a tenant issue is going to take time, you'll hear that plainly — not after the fact.
  • Local first. We work with vendors and contractors based here in the valley, not a dispatch line in another state.
  • Respect for tenants. A well-treated tenant stays longer and takes better care of the home — good management works for both sides.
  • Your property, your decisions. We advise and execute; you stay in control of the big calls.
